This webinar will launch the revised version of the ILO code of practice on safety and health in forestry work.

The Sectoral Policies Department of the ILO is pleased to invite you to a webinar to launch the recently adopted ILO code of practice on safety and health in forestry work. 

This webinar will bring together sectoral experts, including representatives of the tripartite constituents who contributed to the development of the code. It aims to raise awareness about the importance of the code in fostering a safe and healthy working environment in forestry worldwide, and to encourage its effective implementation at the country level. 

Participants will gain insights into the code’s key provisions, practical applications, and the collaborative tripartite process that shaped its development. 

The webinar will be held in English, with interpretation available in French and Spanish.
